J.Crew Factory in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to bring personal style and energy to the sales floor and help customers discover their look. You will collaborate with teammates and managers to drive business and ensure a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

You are 18+, flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Base pay and benefits support our brand values and discounts.
