Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Sales Associate to embody our brand with personal style and enthusiasm on the sales floor. You’ll help customers find looks and work closely with teammates to drive store success.

You’ll deliver a seamless customer experience, stay current with fashion trends, and support brand values through teamwork, kindness, and inclusivity. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
