KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is hiring a Sales Associate for Store 0697-Crossroads Center-Chico’s-Saint Cloud, MN 56301. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to create a seamless shopping experience.

Join a team focused on hospitality, teamwork, and delivering on brand standards while supporting merchandising, stock replenishment, and store organization. Flexibility is required for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for some states and 18 for others; check state requirements.
• Flexibile availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You'll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Position Type: Regular/Part time

Pay Range: $11.41 - $14.25 Hourly USD
