Chico's in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment reflecting our culture of hospitality. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to help customers find pieces that express their individuality.

This role requires passion for fashion, flexible availability including nights and weekends, a team-oriented mindset, quick learning, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
