Job summary

Roseville Ace Hardware is looking for friendly team members to welcome and assist neighbors in a fast-paced, community-oriented setting. Training is provided, and there is emphasis on helping customers complete their projects efficiently on a single visit.

Roles involve standing most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and enjoying a supportive, community-focused work environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• No hardware experience required; extensive training provided.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain product options clearly.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding items for their project in one trip.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.
• Stand for 6–8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training.
