Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families in a busy store environment. You will warmly greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.

Key duties include handling sales at the register, replenishing floor stock, and promoting brand loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, clean store. A positive, service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Friendly demeanor and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment, including omnichannel support as needed.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize store loss while delivering exceptional customer service.
