Job summary

La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent, part-time role. You’ll engage customers with a friendly approach, explain product details, and help them find perfect undergarments and lounge wear while driving sales.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience, love for the brand’s feel-good lingerie and swimwear, and a passion for customer service. Flexible hours, holiday availability, and opportunities to advance are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Excellent listening to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer entering the store.
• Help customers locate products, explain materials and features, and suggest related items.
• Be available to assist in fitting rooms and provide attentive service.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Prepare and place products on the floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backroom clean and organized.
• Suggest top picks and new products to customers.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and support the team as needed.

What a typical workday looks like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers while working to maximize sales. Here’s how:

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,25 $ - 19,55 $
