Job summary

Coastal Farm in Reno, NV is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products. You will support merchandising, signage, pricing, and store housekeeping while delivering friendly service.

You will operate the point of sale, answer phones, and collaborate with team members to maintain knowledge of promotions and inventory. Comfort with computers and email is preferred, with adaptability to changing priorities and busy store conditions.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.

• Perform daily cleaning - such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Primary Purpose
