Soma in Rehoboth Beach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our brand of hospitality. You will share product knowledge, engage customers with personalized service, and help create a seamless shopping experience across channels.

In this role you will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, work with the team to meet goals, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old for some states and 18 for others.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
