Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Associate in Maryland to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will build lasting client relationships, drive results, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, at least 2 years in retail, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. You’ll join a team that values style, customer service, and Omni-channel selling.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant retail experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

Compensation Range: Local Minimum Wage up to 18.25 USD
