Norman's is seeking a qualified Part Time Sales Associate for our Woodstown, NJ location at the Pilesgrove Town Center. We focus on helping customers express emotion through Hallmark gifts and provide a caring, personalized shopping experience.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and reliable operations on the sales floor, with opportunities to earn incentives through contests and team recognition.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store to drive retail sales.
• Believe the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
• Meet store-specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals regularly.
• Learn and use our register system for a pleasant point-of-sale experience and cash register accuracy.
• Learn and utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales.
• Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
