Job summary

The UPS Store in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to assist customers with shipping, printing, packing and other business needs while delivering a positive experience.

You will greet customers, operate the register, merchandise, process payments, and help drive sales through promotions while keeping the store inviting and organized. Prior customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card.
• Take added responsibility in store maintenance and appearance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
