Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers and drive sales on the showroom floor. You will assist shoppers, help organize merchandise, and maintain a positive store atmosphere. The role includes some physical tasks and standard store responsibilities.

The position offers an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance, plus a benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Training and safety resources are provided to support the physical aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $12.00 to $12.75 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron's Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You'll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. At times, you'll help clean, organize and even move merchandise. All of that can be physically demanding, but we'll make sure you have the training and tools to do that part of the job safely.
