Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to engage customers, explain options, and help drive on-floor sales. You’ll also assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise while handling customer files and contracts on a daily basis.

This role requires solid communication and a desire to help customers, plus the ability to perform physical duties and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. It’s a non-exempt, hourly position with training provided.

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
