Job summary

Ace Hardware Parsons is seeking an outgoing, friendly team member to welcome and assist customers in our local hardware store. Prior hardware or retail experience is preferred, and compensation will be based on experience.

Join a community-focused, fast-paced store that values customers and teamwork. You’ll work with neighbors, learn product knowledge, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while staying energized and on your feet most of the shift.

What to expect

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
