Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Florida is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our studio team and share the OTF story with every guest who walks through the door. You will greet visitors with energy, present the OTF concept, give studio tours, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout while helping prospects become members.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
