Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking friendly team members to welcome and assist customers with their projects. Prior hardware experience helps but isn’t required, as extensive training is provided to build knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

• Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as training is provided.
• You’ll be trained from day one to build hardware know‑how.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they shop for projects.
• Help customers find items and complete their purchase in one trip.
• Stand for 6–8 hours, with lifting up to 60 lbs as needed.
