Job summary

Carter's is seeking friendly retail team members to welcome customers, explain product features, and help shoppers have a positive experience.

You will handle omnichannel needs, operate the till, replenish floors, and maintain a clean, safe store while delivering excellent service. flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. The role supports Carter's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment.

• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

What You'll Do:

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
