The Aaron's Company, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers select products and maintain a welcoming sales floor. The role offers an hourly pay range of $15.55 to $16.75 plus performance-based incentive pay, with benefits described in the posting.

You will assist with merchandising, clerical tasks, and customer service over the phone and in person, with a schedule of hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and the possibility of growth in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a 9:00 am to 8:00 pm schedule.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance and equipment.

Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $15.55 to $16.75 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
