Talbots, a leading omni-channel retailer, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Canton, OH. You will deliver exceptional service, assist management, and create outfits for customers while staying current on fashion trends.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment. You should be comfortable standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and available 15–20 hours weekly including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes products and brand.
• Assist management to build store business and relationships.
• Support service enhancers, including Concierge, to build loyalty.
• Handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Stay aware of fashion trends and new arrivals, know fit and color.
• Create outfits for customers using product knowledge and styling.
• Increase performance through learning opportunities and feedback.
• Meet sales/service metrics: clientelling, outreach, appointments.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery.
