Job summary

Carter's in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome families and help them explore baby essentials and school items. You will resolve issues, process sales, replenish floors, and explain promotions and the loyalty program while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role supports omnichannel shopping, requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, and offers growth, development programs, and employee discounts.
