Job summary

You’ll be the smiling face at Young Ace Hardware, helping customers choose from a wide range of products from power tools to lawn and garden supplies. Our team thrives on energy, offering friendly guidance and product expertise to ensure customers tackle projects confidently.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and guidance across tools and home improvement categories.
• Provide friendly, energetic service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Stand for the duration of shifts (4–8 hours) and assist with lifting 25–30 lbs as needed.

What to Expect:

• You'll be the smiling face customers turn to for advice and guidance on our extensive range of products. From power tools to lawn and garden supplies, you'll use your expertise to help customers find exactly what they need to tackle their projects with confidence

• You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (4 to 8 hours)
