Job summary

Tire Discounters in Newport, KY is seeking a Sales Associate/Sales Manager to grow store sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will evaluate customer needs, recommend products and services, and drive growth through daily customer interactions.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and weekend availability. Physical work includes standing and lifting up to 75 lbs; a valid driver’s license and US work

• Coordinates customer work orders through to completion per policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintains store presentation inside and out.
• Promotes culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Your Role as Sales Associate and Sales Manager:

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationshipswhile achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually

• (includes monthly spiff and store bonus)
