J.Crew Factory in New York is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, connecting with customers and helping them find their own look. You will collaborate with the team to drive sales and deliver a seamless customer experience on the floor.

You’ll create genuine connections, leverage product knowledge, and contribute to a fun, respectful, and inclusive store environment while meeting sales goals and representing the J.Crew brand with energy.

Hourly Range: $16.50 - $19.10
