Boot Factory Outlet at Opry Mills in Nashville is seeking energetic Sales Associates to create a welcoming shopping experience and help customers find the perfect boots and apparel. You’ll provide personalized recommendations, maintain an organized sales floor, and work with a team to hit sales goals.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, and customer-focused; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)


• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.


• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.


• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
