Job summary

WHBM in Naperville, IL seeks a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a fashion-forward environment. You will share product knowledge and help create a welcoming shopping experience aligned with our hospitality culture.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while using available tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience and reflect brand standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and driving store performance.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
