Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking a Sales Associate in the Napa, CA area to deliver an authentic, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor. You will help customers discover looks, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to overall store success with friendly, inclusive service.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, stay current on fashion trends, and support store operations while maintaining a high standard of customer care, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Hourly Range: $16.90 - $19.10
