Orangetheory Fitness in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking energetic individuals to welcome studio guests, share the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout.

In this role you will greet everyone with enthusiasm, present memberships, tour the studio, and collaborate with trainers to lead intros. Strong communication and a team mindset are essential in a fast-paced fitness environment offering paid training, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, or intros
• Giving studio tours
• Working with trainers to guide intros through their first workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
