Carter's is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for our growing families in Montclair, CA. You will greet customers, showcase baby essentials, and guide them through promotions and our loyalty program while delivering stellar service in a busy retail environment.

Join a welcoming team and help families prepare for daily moments, back-to-school needs, and everyday parenting milestones with flexibility to work various shifts. This role supports growth and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program to customers, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
