Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge and provide personalized service to create connections with customers in our Mall of America location.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to learn new processes and tools while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
