Job summary

A tanning service provider in Midvale is seeking outgoing and energetic sales associates. Ideal candidates should have experience in retail/customer service, excellent communication skills, and a strong motivation to achieve sales goals. This full-time role offers flexibility, competitive hourly rates in addition to commission opportunities, and various employee benefits, including health insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on tanning rules and regulations.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Handles cash and performs opening/closing duties.
• Completes daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
