Job summary

Carter's in Methuen, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers, help with Baby and kids apparel, and support omnichannel sales. You will resolve issues, process transactions, restock floors, and promote promotions and loyalty programs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining store integrity and safety. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is preferred.
