Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for enthusiastic individuals to share our story with everyone who walks through the studio. You’ll greet guests, present the OTF concept, and lead studio tours with energy and knowledge.

You’ll sell memberships, follow up with prospects, and participate in marketing events while helping keep the studio clean and welcoming. We offer paid training, competitive compensation, a free studio membership, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
