Job summary

White House | Black Market, Inc. in Mashpee, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment. You will help customers with product knowledge, build genuine connections, and provide personalized service.

Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and personal growth. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; you will assist with merchandising, stock, and store presentation while delivering a seamless omnichannel

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
