Carter’s in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product features, and help families prepare for school days with our baby essentials. Join a welcoming team that values caring, teamwork, and growth.

Responsibilities include assisting customers across channels, processing transactions, stocking the floor, and promoting the brand loyalty program. A flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work days, weekends, and holidays.

• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.

• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

What You’ll Do

Compensation for this position ranges from $12.00 - $14.00 per hour based on experience and location.
