Tharp Consulting is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Little Rock, AR to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and help customers locate products while operating cash registers and handling transactions.

In this role you will assist with inventory using handheld scanners, perform routine store maintenance, and contribute to sidewalk displays and overall store cleanliness. Teamwork and adherence to company policies are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Unloading trucks and following procedures to receive, unpack, and store merchandise.
• Building displays, stocking, rotating, and facing shelves to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor.
• Assisting customers in locating products and providing excellent service.
• Operating cash registers, totaling purchases, and handling payments and change.
• Supporting inventory management by using handheld scanners for ordering merchandise.
• Performing store maintenance tasks such as cleaning, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
• Greeting customers, helping set up sidewalk displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
