Job summary

Sears is seeking a Sales Associate for our Parts Direct Sears stores and repair centers. You will help customers locate machine parts, advise on repairs, and support store sales goals to drive customer satisfaction.

This entry-level role features a pay-for-performance incentive structure and opportunities to upsell Parts and Service options to members who shop and schedule service their way.

• Store opening and closing responsibilities
