Job summary

Legendary Sweat Payroll LLC in Lake Oswego, Oregon is seeking a Sales Associate for SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio. You’ll deliver an exceptional guest experience, educate guests on memberships and packages, and help clients reach their wellness goals with friendly, proactive service.

Requirements include 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, 1+ year in hospitality or wellness, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles.
• 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, or fitness preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for wellness and helping others reach goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MindBody or similar POS/CRM is a plus.
• AED/CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

• Communicate and represent the SweatHouz brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for all guests and members.
• Drive membership and package sales through education and service.
• Handle phone inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups using MindBody.
• Support front desk operations including check-ins and payments.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space and turnover between sessions.
• Execute studio opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, memberships, and promotions.
• Support studio events and guest retention efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate and represent the SweatHouz brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Deliver an exceptional experience for all guests and members, from the moment they walk in the door
• Drive membership and package sales through excellent customer service and education
• Handle phone inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups using MindBody (or similar platform)
• Support front desk operations including check-ins, payment processing, and client care
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space, including sauna suite turnover and laundry between sessions
• Execute studio opening and closing procedures as needed
• Stay up to date on all product knowledge, membership options, and studio promotions
• Support studio events, community partnerships, and guest retention efforts

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, or fitness preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for wellness and helping others feel their best
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Experience with MindBody or similar POS/CRM system is a plus
• AED/Adult CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
