Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate in Kansas City, MO. You will warmly greet customers, explain product features, and help families with their shopping needs.

You’ll resolve issues quickly in a busy store, process POS transactions, and support omnichannel experiences to ensure a seamless customer journey. You will also restock floors, highlight promotions and loyalty benefits, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
