Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, fun shopping experience and help customers find premium eyewear. You’ll be part of a team that values inclusion, proactive service, and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include hitting sales targets, becoming a vision expert, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a great customer journey from entry to purchase.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort using technology to enhance customer experience while ensuring accuracy with transactions.

What You’ll Do

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

What We’re Looking For

Pay Range: -17.08

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
