Chico's Retail at St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-focused environment.

You will foster authentic conversations, educate customers about loyalty programs, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help maintain a visually appealing store that reflects brand standards. Flexible availability is required.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
