NAPA Auto Parts in Idaho Falls is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers, helping them find the right parts and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, build relationships, process transactions, and support stock management, while maintaining a neat store and answering questions. A valid driver’s license and prior retail experience are helpful, with attention to detail and a can-do attitude required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact for NAPA’s retail and wholesale customers. A person in this position is responsible for ensuring sales by determining customers' needs, assisting in securing necessary parts, maintaining personal and store image, and ensuring customers receive a good experience.
