Job summary

Camarillo Fitness in Harrisburg is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the face of the studio. You’ll greet members, guide tours, and help prospects choose memberships while supporting the overall member experience.

You’ll drive studio growth by meeting sales goals for memberships, renewals, and retail, maintain records in our sales system, and collaborate with coaches to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
