Job summary

The UPS Store - JARSYM LLC is hiring for a customer service associate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the point of sale. You will assist customers with purchases, provide product information, and handle transactions with accuracy.

You will also help with store merchandising and displays while maintaining a neat, welcoming environment for guests. As part of the role, you will be expected to support advanced duties such as training and development activities as available, and participate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior sales experience helpful.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and assist with purchases.
• Suggestive selling and provide product information.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and pricing to aid customers.
• Handle payments using cash register and card machine.
• Keep store appearance tidy and support merchandising.
• Prepare product displays as requested.
• Report theft or suspicions to management immediately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Deliver prompt, friendly service and address customer concerns professionally.

Summary: To provide quality customer service through efficient and timely customer assistance by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.

Builds and maintains an understanding of the stores products and price information to assist with customer purchases.

Receives payments from customers, operate cash register and credit card machine and returns appropriate change as needed.

Maintain excellent store appearance and assist with store merchandising to provide a positive shopping experience for our guests.

Prepares product displays as requested.

Reports any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Deliver prompt and friendly service; handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully.

Manage freight to sales floor process
