Cole Haan is hiring for a Part-Time position in our Maryland store. You will engage customers, help drive sales, and support store operations with a team-focused approach.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally while delivering excellent customer service.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Supports in the direction of all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, by providing a positive shopping experience to our customers, through the effective execution of the selling and service culture of Cole Haan.
