Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate in Grosse Pointe, MI. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a team-driven, hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining an inviting store presentation while promoting brand loyalty programs. Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for some states and 18 for others, per state rules.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn brand systems.
• Ability to quickly learn store processes and tools.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
