Madewell in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an authentic, fashion-forward customer experience and contribute to a collaborative store team. You will help customers discover looks, support daily operations, and represent the brand with energy and inclusivity.

The role requires 18+ years old, a passion for fashion, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll be lifting up to 40 pounds as part of store tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
