Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with product styling, and support families throughout their shopping journey. You will help with omnichannel needs, process transactions, and keep the floor stocked in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and upholding brand standards while contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean store.
