Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment, reflecting our culture of hospitality and providing personalized service.

You will share product knowledge, assist with merchandising and inventory, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience while upholding brand standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, plus strong interpersonal skills, will help you drive store performance.

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
