Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers on the sales floor, drive sales, and help shoppers find exactly what they need. You’ll also work with customer files and contracts, and assist with stocking and moving merchandise as needed.

The role is physically demanding, with training and tools provided to perform tasks safely. Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Sales Associate

The salary range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

The Details

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
